Grinding wheels made with vitrified bonds are very rigid, strong and porous. These characteristics enable vitrified wheels to increase grinding speeds to remove stock material at high rates, grind to precise requirements and makes them resistant to water, acid, oils or variations in temperature. Using vitrified wheels quickly and efficiently produces excellent surface finishes that provide the best machining results for high-precision components and applications.
